Group Accounting & Consolidation
- Responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant Group reporting
- Managing and overseeing Group-wide consolidation processes
- Ensuring consistent accounting and reporting standards across all Group entities
- Developing and maintaining Group accounting policies and governance frameworks
- Managing and coordinating Group-wide tax matters
- Acting as the central point of contact for tax-related topics across international subsidiaries
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements
- Supporting tax optimization initiatives within the Group structure
- Driving the continuous improvement of consolidation, accounting, and reporting processes
- Enhancing Group-wide governance frameworks and internal control systems
- Promoting standardization, automation, and digitalization across the Finance organization
- Ensuring high levels of data quality, transparency, and process reliability
- Serving as the primary contact for external auditors, banks, and external advisors
- Collaborating closely with Treasury, Controlling, and local Finance teams
- Supporting financing-related reporting and compliance requirements
- Ensuring effective collaboration across international legal entities and organizational structures
- Providing functional and disciplinary leadership to the Group Accounting team
- Developing organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities within the team
- Fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and professional team culture
- Contributing to the development of a scalable and future-oriented Finance organization
- Supporting strategic initiatives and Finance transformation projects across the Group
- Participating in integration and harmonization initiatives
- Driving the further development of Group-wide systems and reporting structures
- Supporting the continuous evolution of the international Finance operating model
