Your mission
As Group Business Controller – Operations (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in the data-driven steering of the group’s operational value chain. You create transparency across all relevant areas – from procurement and production to logistics – and thereby make a significant contribution to the efficiency and profitability of the group. Through well-founded analyses, meaningful KPIs, and the continuous development of reporting standards, you support management in making informed and impactful operational decisions.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in Controlling, Opeations Management, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of experience in controlling within a manufacturing environment – ideally with a focus on operational steering and performance measurement.
- You are highly proficient in Excel. Experience with business intelligence or analytics tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- You have experience in preparing and evaluating business cases and are able to analyze economic relationships in a structured and meaningful way.
- Ideally, you have contributed to the development or implementation of controlling processes and KPI frameworks.
- You are comfortable operating in an international environment and have a strong command of both German and English.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage and helps you integrate quickly into existing structures.
- A solid understanding of B2B business models in an industrial manufacturing context completes your profile.
- You work in a proactive and self-driven manner, with a strong focus on quality.
- You combine analytical thinking with a clear, solution-oriented approach.
- You also bring strong conceptual skills and enjoy developing new structures and solutions.
