- You will lead and further develop the group-wide Financial Controlling function and ensure the harmonization of processes, KPIs, and reporting standards.
- A key part of your role is the responsibility for monthly management reporting. You deliver meaningful analyses, interpret deviaitions in a structured way, and prepare results in a clear and management-oriented format.
- You will also steer the budgeting and forecasting process across all entities, sites, and functions, thereby contributing significantly to financial planning reliability.
- You continously analyse profitability, cost structures, as well as key indicators such as cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, and derive clear and actionabel recommendations.
- In addition, you develop transparent management reports, modern dashboards, and robsut decision-making foundations for senior management.
- You will further enhance and standardize the BI, KPI, and reporting landscape while ensuring high data quality and efficient system interfaces.

In this Role, you will take on a key position within the group and play an active role in shaping financial steering. You will not only ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial data, but go beyond that: through your analyses, you create real decision-making foundations and make complex financial interdependencies transparent and actionable for management. Your work has a direct impact on the strategic direction and economic success of the group. At the same time, you actively drive the further development of Financial Controlling and contribute ideas to build modern, future-oriented structures and processes.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in Controlling, Finance, or a comparable qualification and are looking to apply your experience in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- You feel at home in Controlling: you bring several years of professional experience and are confident in working with P&L, banalce sheet, and cash flow.
- You have already gained experience in leading teams or are ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You communicate clearly, convincingly, and always at eye level - whether with senior management or shareholders.
- You are highly proficient in Excel and LucaNet. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI is a strong plus, and you enjoy developing data-driven solution furhter.
- You operate confidently in an international environment and have excellent command of both German und English.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage and helps you integrate quickly into existing structures.
- A solid understanding of B2B business models rounds off your profile - ideally gained in infrastructure, energy, or industrial manufacturing environments.
- You take a proactive and self-driven approach to your work, combined with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- You combine strong analytical thinking with a clear, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to structure and understand complex topics.
- You demonstrate a leadership personality and convince through strong communication skills and a confident, reliable manner – both in interactions with Group Management and local managing directors.
